About Us

The Wisconsin Jewish Chronicle is the only weekly newspaper serving Wisconsin's Jewish community. It delivers the Jewish perspective on contemporary issues — with a vibrancy that reflects the lives and Jewish involvement of its more than 12,000 readers.

Founded in 1921, this award-winning newspaper keeps Wisconsin Jewry in touch with "family" near and far through a variety of weekly and monthly features, opinions, debates and news stories. It encourages current and former members of the community to help us record and celebrate our personal and collective Jewish memories.

Our Internet edition features some of the week's local stories. It also includes our opinion pieces, life cycle and other monthly and weekly items of interest throughout the paper. Want to try our weekly print edition? Click Here!
