Carly Cohen, a freshman at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, will be branch manager for Milwaukee of College Works Painting as an internship this summer.
According to an email Cohen sent to The Chronicle, the process of selecting students for this internship is “extremely selective,” with three to five percent of applicants accepted.
Cohen was active in Congregation Shalom when growing up and served as president of its youth group. She also helped create the Milwaukee Jewish Youth Council Board.
She is studying management and human resources at UW-Madison.
