The Helen Bader Foundation announced on Nov. 18 that it has surpassed giving $250 million.
This level of giving was achieved after its board of directors awarded more than $7 million in grants to a variety of projects in Wisconsin, nationally and internationally.
The foundation was created in 1992. Its president and chief executive officer is Daniel J. Bader, who is also the current board chair of the Milwaukee Jewish Federation.
