Austan Goolsbee — professor of economics at the University of Chicago and former chair of the U.S. President’s Council of Economic Advisers — will be the featured speaker at the Milwaukee Jewish Federation’s Economic Forum 2013.
The event will take place Tuesday, Oct. 8, 11:30 a.m., at The Pfister Hotel, 424 E. Wisconsin Ave.
Goolsbee will discuss “Economic Lessons Learned and What it Means for Milwaukee.” In addition, three Milwaukee business leaders will form a panel in the program: Catherine Jacobson, president/CEO of Froedtert Health; Jeffrey Joerres, chair/CEO of ManpowerGroup; and Cory Nettles, founder/managing director of Generation Growth Capital.
