Art about speech

These artworks are some of those made for Project: Positive Speech, an initiative of RUACH, the Milwaukee Jewish arts and arts education organization. They were exhibited at the Milwaukee Youth Arts Center Oct. 15-18. Supported by the Mary L. Nohl Fund of The Greater Milwaukee Foundation and The Helen Bader Foundation, this project used art to promote the beauty and beneficial effect of positivespeech. Twelve schools and organizations worked with RUACH artists-in-residence. The residencies ran from April through September. Karen Reiffman served as project manager and as an instructor.
