RUACH benefit to ‘Take a Bow’

         The annual benefit for RUACH, the Milwaukee Jewish arts and arts education organization, will be entitled “Take a Bow: A RUACH Revue.”

         It is slated for Sunday, Nov. 18, with a 6:30 p.m. dessert reception and a 7 p.m. program, at the Milwaukee Youth Arts Center, 325 W. Walnut St. (with complimentary valet parking).

         The revue will feature RUACH instructors and performers. It also will honor three RUACH volunteers: Current board president Rachel Eixenberger, past board president and current vice president James Hiller, and founding and current board treasurer Mickey Stein.

         The performances will include: Mime performed by Nancy Weiss McQuide; Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra musicians; HaBonim: A Jewish Trombone Trio; segments from RUACH’s “Stories that Unite and Delight: A Jewish Story Project”; storytelling by Robert Rubovits; and artwork from RUACH’s Project: Positive Speech.
