Beder brothers win award for game design

Former Milwaukeeans Jesse and Naftali Beder were awarded Applied Arts Magazine’s 2010 Award for Game Design and Development. They received the honor for Optia, their lasers and mirrors game for IPhone.

Jesse is a graduate student in mathematics at the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. Naftali is a free-lance illustrator in Boston. They both graduated from the Milwaukee Jewish Day School and Shorewood High School.
