Hillary Kauer and Alexander Moeckler of Fort Irwin, Calif., were married on Aug. 5 at Congregation Shalom. Rabbi Ronald Shapiro officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Roberta and Fred Kauer of Glendale. Hillary graduated from Nicolet High School in 2007 and is working on a Bachelor of Science degree in clinical psychology at Park University.
The groom’s parents are Joan G. and James Moeckler of Glendale. He graduated from Nicolet High School in 2006, is now serving in the U.S. Army and is a veteran of service in Afghanistan.
