Graves awarded for achievement at Yale

Daniel Graves graduated summa cum laude from Yale University with a Master of Arts degree in economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and mathematics.

A member of Phi Beta Kappa, Graves received the Louis Laun Prize and the Anthony D. Stanley Award. The Laun prize is awarded to a graduating economics major with an outstanding course record in all courses taken during the first seven terms. The Stanley award is given for excellence in pure and applied mathematics.

He will begin work in quantitative finance in Manhattan. He is the son of Eileen and Glenn Graves of Bayside.
