Shin shins Yogev Toby and May (pronounced “my”) Ben-Shabat met with a Partnerhship2Gether committee in March at the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center to give a report on their work in the community. The shin shins are the local Jewish community’s teenage visitors from Israel. Their visit is organized by Milwaukee Jewish Federation and the Jewish Agency for Israel.

Yehudit Sidikman, a judo fighter and certified self-defense instructor, came to Milwaukee to teach self-defense techniques. This “Beauty Bites Beast” event featured Sidikman, pictured at right, with others from the Jewish community at Congregation Sinai on March 23, 2019.
