Mark Brick, founder and president of B&E General Contractors, Glendale, was inducted into the inaugural NARI Milwaukee Hall of Fame. He was awarded at the National Association of the Remodeling Industry Milwaukee Awards Gala on Jan. 17.
As one of the first Master Certified Remodelers through NARI, Brick encouraged industry members to pursue getting certifications and furthering their professional development, according to the release.
Brick was once key to the renovation of the Aron Kodesh, the cabinet in a synagogue that holds the Torah scrolls, and Bimah, the raised platform where the Torah scrolls are read, at Temple Menorah. He incorporated historical elements of the permanently closed Beth El Ner Tamid synagogue in Mequon into the design.
B&E General Contractors was founded by Brick in 1985. They offer a range of remodeling services, including renovations, custom designs, home additions and kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
