 JMM and HERC launch new websites

The Jewish Museum Milwaukee and the Nathan and Esther Pelz Holocaust Education Resource Center, both programs of the Milwaukee Jewish Federation, recently launched new websites. According to JMM education director Ellie Gettinger, the new JMM site “looks much more modern and allows for easier updates for the staff. Additionally, it is adaptive for cellphones and tablets.” Shay Pilnik, Ph.D., executive director of HERC, wrote in an email that HERC’s site “will enhance HERC’s cyber-presence and help us create a video library of survivor testimonies, Holocaust educator programs and other audio-visual tools for teachers.” The sites were developed by Lanex. JMM’s is funded by the Peck Foundation. HERC’s is sponsored by Jeannette Peckerman and Betty Chrustowski. The sites can be seen at Jewish MuseumMilwaukee.org and Holo caustCenterMilwaukee.org.
