The 2015 JCC Maccabi Games took the Jewish community spotlight in the first week of August. The Games were organized by the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center.
About 900 young athletes plus hundreds more coaches, 1,040 volunteers and 283 host families took part. The teen athletes not only competed in 13 different sports events at four main sites (plus four golf courses and three baseball fields), but also participated in JCC Cares community service activities.
