The Milwaukee Jewish Federation’s Young Leadership Division presents “Summer Set” featuring Milwaukee band GGOOLLDD and comedian Johnny Beehner from 7-10 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 20.
The event will be held at the Pritzlaff Building, 325 N. Plankinton Ave., Milwaukee. Birthright alums are invited to a 6 p.m. reunion.
The evening will include appetizers and an open bar (dietary laws observed). Cost is $50 per person plus a gift to the Federation’s annual campaign (suggested minimum gift of $36), with reduced prices for Birthright alums. Event chairs are Derek Goodman and Jason Levin.
Synthpop band GGOOLLDD was named one of the six Wisconsin bands to watch in 2015 by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Waukesha-based comedian Johnny Beehner has been performing around the country since 1999.
