Karen Royster has been named the new food justice coordinator of Tikkun Ha-Ir of Milwaukee.
She has been executive director of Hunger Task Force, ESHAC and Wisconsin Jobs Now. She will manage Tikkun Ha-Ir’s Surplus Harvest Milwaukee which collected more than 30,000 pounds of fresh produce last year and distributed them to homeless shelters, food pantries and meal sites.
