Tikkun Ha-Ir of Milwaukee will hold its third annual fund raiser on Tuesday, June 16. The evening will celebrate the many community organizations with whom it works in partnership and will honor Idy Goodman, whose volunteerism often links the Jewish and general community.
Tom Schneider, executive director of COA Youth & Family Centers will speak on “Transforming Milwaukee’s Poorest Neighborhoods.” The evening will include a silent auction and music by Lil’ Rev.
The event will be at Congregation Sinai, 8223 N. Port Washington Rd. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. for the silent auction. The program will start at 7 p.m.
The minimum donation is $54 per person. Sponsorship donations begin at $125 and up.
