JCRC to present its first Friebert Social Justice Award

   The Jewish Community Relations Council of the Milwaukee Jewish Federation will bestow its first Robert H. Friebert Social Justice Award at its 2015 annual meeting on Thursday, June 18, 11:45 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at the Rubenstein Pavilion, 1410 N. Prospect Ave. Free parking will be available at the Jewish Home and Care Center.

   Dr. Michael R. Lovell, president of Marquette University, will give the keynote presentation. The JCRC will also give its Saul Sorrin Leadership Award to Ann Jacobs and elect officers and at-large board members.

   Event co-chairs are Gary Lippow and Paula Lorant. Cost is $36 for the luncheon meeting; dietary laws observed.
