KidShare 2015 to benefit JCC, community pantry

Nearly 40 of the area’s finest restaurants, chefs, bakers and caterers are expected to participate in “KidShare 2015: Milwaukee’s Finest Culinary Event” on Thursday, May 14, 6-10 p.m. at The Pfister Hotel.

Proceeds from KidShare will benefit the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center’s scholarship programs and the Jewish Community Pantry, a Jewish response to community hunger.

Co-chairs for the event are Jody and Dr. David Margolis, and Rabbi Shari and Dr. Corey Shamah.

Now in its 26th year, the JCC’s signature fundraising event includes an array of foods and wines donated by Milwaukee’s restaurant and business community.

The evening also includes silent and live auctions, and a raffle, with a variety of prizes. New for 2015, KidShare will feature a paddle auction to benefit the pantry.

Individual tickets for the event are $180 and may be purchased by calling Micki Seinfeld, JCC director of special events, at 414-967-8235 or MSeinfeld@JCCMilwaukee.org. Various levels of corporate and individual sponsorships are also available.
