Rabbi Tiferet Berenbaum will be officially installed as rabbi of Congregation Shir Hadash on Saturday, Sept. 13, 7:30 p.m., at Plymouth Church, 2717 E. Hampshire Ave.
Berenbaum, nee Gordon, has been associate rabbi for the past year at Shir Hadash, Milwaukee’s only Reconstructionist movement congregation. She follows Rabbi David Brusin, the congregation’s founding rabbi, who retired this past June.
