Yom HaAtzmaut: Cooking demonstration

At the Milwaukee Jewish community celebration of Yom HaAtzmaut on May 6, many activities highlighted aspects of Israeli culture. They included a cooking demonstration by chef Peleg Bachor who owns a restaurant in Beit Gavriel in Israel’s Sovev Kinneret, the region partnered with the Milwaukee and Madison Jewish communities through the Partnership2Gether program of the Jewish Agency for Israel and North American Jewish federations.
