The Milwaukee Jewish Community Chorale will present a concert titled “L’Dor V’Dor” (“From Generation to Generation”), that will include music with texts in Hebrew, Ladino, Yiddish and English.
Featured artists will include Cantor Lauren Phillips of Congregation Sinai, clarinetist Rene Edelstein, Howard Shimon and his son Jake, Merzy Eisenberg and Jeremy Bourochoff, who will play the “Elvis” role in a medley of songs from the musical “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.”
The chorale is directed by Enid Bootzin Berkovitz and accompanied by Carla Coonen.
