Making like Andy Warhol

Children and adults participated in the Family Art Day Screenprinting Workshop on March 2. Offered in connection with the Jewish Museum Milwaukee’s exhibit “Andy Warhol: 10 Portraits of Jews of the Twentieth Century,” the workshop used images based on several of the pieces in the show to provide participants an opportunity to learn and use Warhol’s technique to create their own works of art. The workshop was led by the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s Peck School of the Arts art and design faculty member, Jessica Meuninck-Ganger, and the Student Print Club.
