The third annual “Laugh It Up Milwaukee” will present “An Evening with Martin Short” on Saturday, Jan. 18, 8 p.m., at The Pabst Theater, 144 E. Wells St., Milwaukee.
Short has been a film, theater and television star since his appearances on “Saturday Night Live” about 30 years ago. His films have included “Three Amigos” and “Father of the Bride.”
His Milwaukee program will feature songs, skits, stories and audience participation.
The event will benefit the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center and the Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer (MACC) Fund. The event is also being supported by the Bayshore Community Foundation.
