Congregation Shalom in Fox Point is one of the synagogues featured on the website “Synagogues 360,” according to an email Linda Holifield sent to The Chronicle.
The site contains photographs and panoramic views of synagogues throughout the world. It was created by photographer Louis Davidson.
Shalom is the only Wisconsin synagogue included among the 83 in the United States featured on the site. The site’s address is www.synagogues360.org.
Shalom also recently received the Spirit Award from the Agape Community Center. For about 20 years, synagogue members have volunteered at the center and served a monthly meal for neighborhood residents. The award was presented at the center’s awards program and casino night held at Wisconsin Golf Club Course in November.
