Cohen, Herber teach second Israel series

          Rabbis David Cohen of Congregation Sinai and Jacob Herber of Congregation Beth Israel Ner Tamid will teach together the second installment of the Shalom Hartman Institute’s “iEngage-The Engaging Israel Project” series, beginning this month.

          The title of the series is “The Tribes of Israel: A Shared Homeland for a Divided People.”

          The eight Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. sessions will be divided between the two synagogues, with the Jan. 7, 14, 21 and 28 sessions at CBINT, 6880 N. Green Bay Ave., and the Feb. 4, 11, 18 and 25 sessions at Sinai, 8223 N. Port Washington Rd.
