Wisconsin Region BBYO will honor four of its regional directors and celebrate the past 36 years of its activities on Saturday, Dec. 7, 7:30 p.m.
The event will take place at the Milwaukee County War Memorial Center, 750 N. Lincoln Memorial Dr., Milwaukee.
The honorees (listed with the years of their terms as director) will be Tobey Libber (1978-1994), Richard Kessler (1994-2002), Jen Friedman (2002-2005) and Rachael (Frydman) Badt (2005-present).
Chairs of the event are Cheryl and Mitch Moser, Bonnie and Fred Shafrin, and Sue and Rick Strait.
BBYO is a youth-led organization that focuses on developing young Jewish leaders. Members plan and participate in social, cultural, athletic, religious and social action programs; and they interact with other Jewish youth throughout the state, country and world.
