Milwaukeean Brad Lichtenstein is an award-winning filmmaker and president of 371 Productions, a company that creates media and technology projects about social issues.
He will be one of the artists whose work will be featured in the exhibition created by The Institute of Visual Arts (Inova) at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee featuring the artists who received the Greater Milwaukee Foundation’s Mary L. Nohl Fund Fellowships for Individual Artists in 2011.
The exhibition opens on Friday, Oct. 5, at Inova, 2155 N. Prospect Ave., and runs through Dec. 9.
Lichtenstein was featured in the May 13, 2005 Wisconsin Jewish Chronicle in an article about his film “Andre’s Lives” about a Jewish Holocaust survivor who was also a rescuer.
