The Chai Point Senior Living Apartment Complex will inaugurate the celebration of its 18th anniversary on Sunday, Aug. 26, at the facility, 1400 N. Prospect Ave.
Plans for the event include:
• Dedication of a new art installation by sculptor Richard Edelman at 1:30 p.m.
• Musical entertainment by Shir Simcha.
• Refreshments (dietary laws observed) and an open bar.
The event is sponsored by the Jewish Home and Care Center Foundation. It will be the first in a year-long series of events celebrating the anniversary. Watch The Chronicle for announcements of future events.
