Former haredi Orthodox Jew turned secular Jewish novelist Nathan Englander, 42, who lives in Brooklyn and Madison, read from his new book of short stories, “What We Talk About When We Talk About Anne Frank,” at the Boswell Book Company on Feb. 21.
