YES banquet will honor two couples

The Yeshiva Elementary School of Milwaukee will honor two couples at its annual banquet, scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 8, at the Four Points by Sheraton Milwaukee North.

YES friends and supporters Sheila and Larry Appel will receive the Grandparents of the Year award; and Linda and Jonathan Chernin will receive the Pillars of Jewish Education award. Barbara and Don Grande will serve as honorary chairs.

This year’s dinner program will also feature Charlie Harary as guest speaker. A highly accomplished real estate investment professional and graduate of Columbia Law School, Harary is the founder of Milvado Education, an organization that develops innovative methods to teach spirituality.
