Chai Lights: Water and shelter

Bruce Gould, vice president of zones and regions for the Jewish National Fund of the United States and president of JNF’s Florida Zone, was the featured speaker at the JNF-Wisconsin Region annual dinner on Aug. 28. Some 220 people attended. Gould spoke particularly about two JNF projects in Israel: the building of Israel’s largest indoor playground for the children of Sderot; and a “$100 million ten-year water project” intended to help Israel boost its overall water supply by 12 percent.
