Jewish Museum to offer cooking demo and tasting

Jewish Museum Milwaukee will offer “New Traditions: Rosh Hashanah 2011,” a cooking demonstration and tasting, on Friday, Sept. 9, 11 a.m.-1 p.m., at Congregation Beth Israel, 6880 N. Green Bay Ave.

Rebecca Guralnick, chef and owner of Cooking from the Heart, will explore several unique preparation techniques and healthy recipes for Rosh HaShanah.
