The first of a three-part “Iz Quiz” — that is, a quiz testing knowledge about Israel — will be available online at www.surveymonkey.com/s/is-quizmilwaukee on Jan. 6-16.
The quiz is for people age 14-24. Those passing round one will go on to round two, an in-person written quiz and interview.
Those passing round two will go on to round three, a game show with musical entertainment, scheduled to be held on the evening of March 5 at the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center.
Winners will receive a variety of prizes, including a $360 Israel Bond.
The “Iz Quiz” is co-sponsored by B’nai B’rith Youth Organization–Wisconsin Region; Congregations Beth Israel, Emanu-El B’ne Jeshurun, Shalom, and Sinai; the JCC; Hillel Milwaukee; Milwaukee Jewish Day School; and the Israel Center of the Milwaukee Jewish Federation.
