Jacquelyn Wolpert Wolf

Jacqueline Wolpert Wolf died on Sept. 30 of breast cancer.

She was born in Milwaukee in 1929, graduated from Milwaukee University School and attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

She was a dedicated volunteer. She served as president of the Mt. Sinai Hospital Ladies Auxiliary, was a Bayside School volunteer, and worked for many other charitable organizations.

She was member of Congregation Emanu-El B’ne Jeshurun and Brynwood Country Club. She also liked golf, bridge, mahjong, and gardening; and was an avid sports enthusiast.

Her husband, Dr. Lawrence P. Wolf, died in 1998. She is survived by daughters Jodi (Jim) Lurie and Debbie (Alan) Lurie, and son Randy (Laurie) Wolf, all of Milwaukee; sister Bobbie (Perry) Cohn of Milwaukee; sister-in-law Lorraine (Myron) Greenberg of Scottsdale, Ariz.; and six grandchildren.

Blaine Goodman Funeral Service handled the arrangements. Rabbi Marc Berkson presided over the funeral on Sept. 30. Burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery.
