Kristi Fuksa and Zachary Lowe of Washington, D.C., are planning to be married on Dec. 4.
The bride’s parents are Patricia and Michael Fuksa of Vienna, Va. Kristi graduated from William and Mary College in 2003 and works for a polling company.
The groom is the son of Marsha (Bruce) Loeb of Watertown, Wis., and David (Pip) Lowe of Milwaukee. Zachary graduated from Syracuse University in 2003 and is press secretary for Senator Russ Feingold.
