At its annual dinner on Oct. 24, the Jewish Home and Care Center honored JHCC Foundation board member Eugene Bass (right) with the Leadership Award, being presented by William L. Komisar. In addition, medical director Raul Mateo, M.D., received the Bikkur Cholim award; and board member and volunteer Kenneth Stein received the Volunteer Award.
