Sam Scribner of Bayside will celebrate becoming a bar mitzvah on Nov. 27 at Congregation Emanu-El B’ne Jeshurun. He is the son of Debbie and Mike Scribner and the brother of Lindsey, 9.
The maternal grandparents are Sara and Seymour Gimbel of River Hills. Sue Gilbert of Cedarburg and Dr. Mort Scribner of Monrovia, Calif., are the paternal grandparents.
