Marcus leads leadership summit

Former Milwaukeean Leonard J. Marcus, Ph.D., led the Southeastern Wisconsin Meta-Leadership Summit that took place in Milwaukee on Sept. 29-30.

This endeavor brings together business, government, and non-profit leaders, and teaches them how to work together during a public health or safety crisis. The summit in Milwaukee was the 22nd such event in a national initiative.

Marcus is founding co-director of the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative, a joint program of the School of Public Health and the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
