Sarah Chudnow Campus earns ‘cite-free’ evaluation

The Sarah Chudnow Campus assisted living facility in Mequon recently earned a “cite-free” evaluation, meaning that one of its programs is in substantial compliance with all federal health care regulations.

According to a release, the Wisconsin Division of Quality Assurance recently evaluated the facility’s rehabilitation center with a federal health services survey. The survey is based on observation of care of residents; interviews with residents and their families; and review of medical records, policies, and procedures.

Paul J. Schultz, campus administrator since 2008, said he was “very pleased” with these results and that the campus has had “very positive” survey results in “each of the last two years, which validates the actions we’ve taken to continually improve the care our facility provides to our residents and the public.”
