The Kraus-Anderson Construction Company has completed the first phase of a planned $2.8 million renovation of Herzl Camp, located in Webster, Wis. This phase included construction of 15 new cabins, a bathhouse, and handicap accessibility to the lakefront, among other features. A second phase is planned for next year. The camp has existed since 1946.
