MIAD exhibit includes three Jewish artists

Three Jewish artists from varying backgrounds are featured in the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design exhibit, “Transitional/Transcultural: New Paradigms for a New Century.”

Exhibiting artists are: Siona Benjamin,an Indian/American, Grisha Bruskin, a Russian immigrant and Carol Hamoy, the child of immigrants who settled in New York.

The exhibition is on view at MIAD’s Frederick Layton Gallery, 273 E. Erie St., through Feb. 27, with an artist talk and reception on Thursday, Feb. 11 at 7 p.m.
