After three months without a space, the Jewish Community Pantry reopened on June 11 in a new location, at 3033 W. Burleigh St.
Open to clients on Thursdays, 11:15 a.m.-3:15 p.m., the pantry maintains a special section of kosher foods in addition to its regular stock. Food is available to individuals who live on the west side and for those seeking kosher food.
In addition to food donations, the pantry is seeking donations of folding chairs, five-, six- or eight-foot tables and floor fans.
