Emily Frydman and Alexander Verbun of Parsippany, N.J., are planning to be married Aug. 23.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Marla and Steve Frydman of Mequon. Emily graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a medical resident at Morristown Memorial Hospital.
The future groom’s parents are Alexandra Gekhtin of Lewiston, Maine, and Dmitry Verbun of Brooklyn. Alexander graduated from Springfield College in Maine and works for Prudential Financial as a vocational rehab specialist.
