Lauren Pinsky and Eric Althofer of Chicago are planning to be married May.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Karen and Neil Pinsky of Fox Point. Lauren graduated from Washington University, St. Louis, with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration in 2004. She works for Capital Source Finance as an investment associate.
The future groom’s parents are Beth and Gerd Althofer of New York City. Eric gradutated from Washington University, St. Louis, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2005. He is employed by Deloitte Consulting as a consultant.
