Katlyn Alissa Mayer will celebrate becoming a bat mitzvah on Nov. 8 at Congregation Emanu-El B’ne Jeshurun. Daughter of Wendy and Bill Mayer of Mequon, she has one sister, Emily, 9.
The maternal grandmother is Mitzi Wiviott of Bayside. Carol Levin of Mequon is the paternal grandmother.
Katlyn is a student at Lake Shore Middle School.
