Nine Nicolet High School students were named as National Merit Scholarship Program semi-finalists and 14 were named as NMSP “commended” students.

• Commended: Gregory Azbel, son of Natalya and Boris; Gabriel Colton, son of Toby and Mitchell; Benjamin Lopez, son of Sharon Madnek and Marc Lopez; Samantha Moglowsky, daughter of Jennifer and Steven; Emily Schapira, daughter of Marilyn and Ralph; and Julia Welytok, daughter of Jill and Dan.
