Sam Streeck will celebrate becoming a bar mitzvah on Aug. 23 at Congregation Shalom. He is a son of Lauri and Perry Streeck of Milwaukee. He is the brother of Jake, 10.
The maternal grandparents are Gloria and Ed Bristol of Mequon. Dee and George Streeck of Plymouth are the paternal grandparents. Joyce Ryan of Chulausta, Calif., is the paternal great-grandmother.
Sam is a student at Bayside Middle School.
