Former Milwaukeean Edward Cohen died on June 15. He was 68.
Born in Rochester, N.Y., Cohen moved from San Francisco to Milwaukee in 1970. He and his wife raised three children here. He owned an accounting and real estate investment business.
Cohen was a member of Congregation Shalom and the Greater Mitchell Street Association.
“He was a loving husband, father and grandfather,” said his wife, Susan Cohen (nee La Kam) of Lake Forest, Calif.
Cohen is further survived by son Michael (Beth) Cohen of Las Vegas; daughters Aimee (Scott) Weltmann of Orange County, Calif., and Jodie (Alex) Katofsky of Woodland Hills, Calif.; brother Sheldon (Brenda) of Buffalo, N.Y.; and five grandchildren.
Burial was in California. The family appreciates memorial contributions to the ALS Association – Orange County Chapter, 1232 Village Way, Suite A, Santa Ana, CA, 92705.
