Margaret Higgins will celebrate becoming a bat mitzvah on June 21 at Congregation Sinai.
She is the daughter of Susan Higgins-Larkey and the late John J. Higgins, and the stepdaughter of Hirsh Larkey. She is sister to Michael Higgins, 9, and stepsister to Eliana Larkey, 12.
The maternal grandfather is Richard Nellen of Brookfield. Lois Malawsky and Jay Larkey of Fox Point are the step-paternal grandparents.
Margaret is a student at Shorewood Intermediate School.
