Funeral services were held Jan. 7 for Samuel Grant. He died Jan. 5 at the Jewish Home and Care Center at the age of 102.
He was born in Russia and came to Milwaukee at the age of 14. He operated an automobile accessory business.
A member of Congregation Sinai and B’nai B’rith, his special interests included his business and spending time with his family.
He is survived by daughter Joyce Kaplowitz of Delray Beach, Fla.; two granddaughters; and two great-grandchildren. His wife, Lillian Grant, died in 2000.
Rabbi Shlomo Pontos officiated at the funeral. Burial was in Second Home Cemetery.
